Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tilted Sports Cards website, customer portal, communications, card submission services, grading preparation, restoration/conservation, consignment, collection purchasing, shipping, and other services.

Tilted Sports Cards is a trade name used by Tilted Panda, doing business as Tilted Sports Cards ("Tilted," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting cards, purchasing services, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional service agreement presented for the applicable transaction.

1. Eligibility and Customer Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or enter into a service agreement with Tilted unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

By submitting a card, collectible, or collection to us, you represent that you own the property or have sufficient authority from the owner to authorize the requested services.

2. Services

Tilted may provide services including grading preparation, restoration/conservation, card evaluation, consignment assistance, collection purchasing, shipping coordination, and related collectible services.

The availability, scope, pricing, and requirements of individual services may vary. Additional terms may be presented through our customer portal, invoices, service agreements, or other transaction-specific communications.

3. Grading Preparation

Standard grading preparation is currently priced at $20 per card unless a different price is disclosed and agreed to before purchase.

Grading preparation may include inspection, surface cleaning, preparation, and other services intended to prepare a card for potential submission to a third-party grading company.

Important Grading Disclosure: Tilted Panda dba Tilted Sports Cards is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or an authorized agent of PSA, BGS, SGC, or any other grading company. Each grading company independently determines whether a card is eligible for grading and how it will be classified or graded.

4. Restoration and Conservation

Restoration/conservation is a separate service from standard grading preparation. When requested and performed, restoration/conservation is currently billed at an additional $40-$100 per restored card, depending on the work performed, unless a different amount is disclosed and agreed to for a particular service.

Restoration/conservation may involve work intended to address or improve certain physical or cosmetic characteristics of a collectible.

Restoration / Alteration Disclosure: Restoration, conservation, repair, cleaning, or other work may fall outside the standards of a grading company. A grading company may reject a card, return it ungraded, identify or designate it as altered, assign a qualifier, or otherwise treat the card differently. Requesting or authorizing work from Tilted does not mean that PSA or any other grading company has approved that work.

5. No Grade or Grading-Eligibility Guarantee

Tilted does not guarantee authentication, grading eligibility, a numerical grade, a grade increase, a qualifier, a crossover result, or any other determination made by a grading company.

Any discussion regarding a potential grade, condition, or grading outcome is an opinion or estimate only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.

6. Pricing and Initial Payment

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable pricing before authorizing a service.

For card submissions, applicable grading-preparation charges may be collected upfront based on the number of cards submitted.

Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment processors. Tilted does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in its customer submission database.

7. Additional Charges and Final Balance

Certain services may result in additional charges after the initial payment. These may include authorized restoration/conservation work, return shipping, insurance, signature confirmation, and other disclosed fulfillment charges.

After authorized work is completed, Tilted may issue a final invoice showing the applicable additional charges. Cards may be held for return shipment until all amounts due have been paid.

Any automatic, card-on-file, recurring, or subsequent merchant-initiated payment will be processed only pursuant to the payment authorization presented to and accepted by the customer through the applicable payment process.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a preparation invoice has been paid and Tilted has accepted the submission for service, preparation and service fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Tilted elects not to perform the paid service.

A grading result, grading-company rejection, altered designation, qualifier, change in market value, customer dissatisfaction with a third-party grading decision, or a customer's later decision not to submit a card for grading does not by itself create a right to a refund.

9. Customer-Declared Card Value

Customers may be required to provide a reasonable estimated current market value for submitted cards based on recent comparable sales or other available market evidence.

A customer-provided value is not an appraisal, guarantee of market value, guarantee of insurance coverage, or guarantee of reimbursement in the event of a shipping or insurance claim.

Tilted may verify or adjust the value used for return-shipping protection based on available market evidence, carrier requirements, insurer requirements, and available coverage.

10. Shipping, Insurance and Signature Confirmation

Customers are responsible for securely packaging cards shipped to Tilted and for obtaining appropriate protection or insurance for inbound shipments.

Return shipments may use tracking, insurance, declared-value protection, signature confirmation, or other safeguards selected or required by Tilted based on package value, destination, carrier limitations, available coverage, and other relevant factors.

Return shipping, insurance, signature confirmation, and related charges are separate from grading-preparation and restoration charges and may be included in the customer's final invoice.

Carrier or insurance reimbursement is subject to the applicable carrier's or insurer's terms, limits, exclusions, documentation requirements, and proof-of-value requirements. Declaring a particular value does not guarantee reimbursement of that amount.

11. Risk of Collectible Services

Collectible cards can be fragile. Inspection, handling, cleaning, preparation, restoration, conservation, storage, packaging, and shipment involve inherent risks, including the possibility of changes in appearance or condition.

By authorizing services, the customer acknowledges and accepts the ordinary and inherent risks associated with the services requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers release and hold Tilted harmless from claims arising solely from those disclosed ordinary and inherent risks. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Market Value and Third-Party Decisions

Tilted does not guarantee future card value, resale value, investment performance, market demand, grading-company decisions, auction results, marketplace results, shipping-carrier performance, insurance determinations, or other decisions or actions of independent third parties.

13. Turnaround Times

Any turnaround time provided by Tilted is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Turnaround times may vary based on submission volume, the condition of the cards, the services requested, customer communication, payment status, shipping, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Customer Accounts and Portal Security

Certain services may require creation of a customer account. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.

You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

15. Electronic Agreements and Records

Tilted may use electronic agreements, checkboxes, account authentication, electronic payment authorization, and other electronic methods to document customer consent.

By checking an acceptance box, clicking an acceptance or submission button, making an authorized payment, or otherwise electronically agreeing where indicated, you intend your electronic action to have the same effect as your signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Tilted may retain records relating to a transaction, including the applicable agreement version and text, acceptance timestamp, authenticated account identifier, customer email, submission identifier, invoices, payment records, service history, communications, and fulfillment information.

16. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact Tilted promptly so that we can review the transaction and attempt to resolve the issue.

In connection with a payment dispute, chargeback, fraud investigation, or similar proceeding, Tilted may provide relevant transaction records to the applicable payment processor, acquiring bank, issuing bank, card network, insurer, carrier, legal representative, or other entity involved in resolving the dispute.

Such records may include service agreements and acceptance records, submission information, invoices, transaction records, customer communications, photographs, service history, shipping information, tracking, signature or delivery records, and other documentation reasonably related to the transaction.

17. Consignment and Collection Purchases

Consignment services, collection purchases, or transactions involving the purchase or sale of collectibles may be subject to separate written terms, pricing, commissions, offers, or agreements.

Unless expressly stated in writing, information provided during an evaluation does not constitute a binding purchase offer or guaranteed sale price.

18. Website Information

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. We attempt to maintain accurate information but do not guarantee that every description, price, market reference, availability statement, or other website item will always be complete, current, or error-free.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and services may reference or integrate with third-party grading companies, marketplaces, auction platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, social networks, or other services.

Independent third parties operate under their own terms, policies, and procedures. Tilted is not responsible for their independent decisions, policies, systems, or services except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

20. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile telephone number and select the applicable SMS consent option, you authorize Tilted to send the categories of text messages for which you provided consent.

Messages may include responses to inquiries, account and submission updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, card evaluation communications, grading-preparation or restoration updates, transaction information, payment or shipping updates, service follow-ups, and, where separately consented to, promotional messages.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

SMS Privacy Notice: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from permitted sharing with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

21. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Tilted Sports Cards name, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Tilted and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

23. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website, portal, or services to:

  • Engage in fraud or unlawful activity
  • Submit property you do not own or have authority to submit
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to customer accounts or systems
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website or portal
  • Provide knowingly false or misleading transaction information
  • Use our services in violation of applicable law

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tilted will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services where such damages may lawfully be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of California, without limiting any non-waivable rights or protections provided by applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

28. Service Agreement Controls for Card Submissions

Card submissions may require acceptance of a separate Tilted Sports Cards Client Service Agreement through the customer portal. If transaction-specific terms in an accepted Service Agreement conflict with these general Terms, the applicable Service Agreement will control for that submission to the extent of the conflict.
